A perfect retreat for the whole family! Enter through the lower level next to the garage and be welcomed to a perfect sitting area for relaxing and a good cup of coffee. The laundry as well as a queen bedroom and full bath are also on this level. Go up the stairs to the main event! The upper level opens up to a great room and big views of those Blue Ridge Mountains! Also on this level is your fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, dining area, propane grill off the back deck, hammock table and chairs off the front deck, living room with flat screen TV and two bedrooms 1 full bath. Bedroom one with a Queen and bedroom two with a set of bunks that are twin over full AND a pull out twin trundle! This home has a wall a/c unit and baseboard heat.

PETS are $50 PER PET and charged separately after your initial booking. Please make a note of any pets when you book.
4 Wheel drive is not necessary for this property. Gravel driveway 2 car parking.

Campground perfect for a cookout or to just relax in the river that winds around all the sites. 3 ponds, gated entry, full time maintenance, tennis court, half basketball court! Approximately 50 mins to ski resorts including App Ski and Sugar Mountain, a little further to Beech Mtn. 40 mins to dinner in Blowing Rock or Banner Elk. 45 mins to Tweetsie or Grandfather Mountain! Tons to do in an around the High Country from day trips to the various wineries like Grandfather vineyards or Banner Elk Winery to an easy laid back day fishing on Elk Creek which is a state stocked trout stream for our anglers in the group. Breweries, Restaurants, antiquing, gem mining, shopping and more just a short drive away
