S'more than Enough! is a beautifully appointed, multi-level mountain cabin located in the private gated community of Powder Horn Mountain. This spacious and well-equipped home is designed for comfort, connection, and fun, making it an ideal choice for families or groups looking for a true High Country getaway. With decks and views on all levels, guests will find plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The home sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There are three king bedrooms, each with a private flat-screen TV. The fourth bedroom features two twin bunk beds, providing four sleeping spaces. The main level includes two bedrooms and is only one step to enter, making it a great option for guests who prefer minimal stairs.

The main living area offers an open and inviting layout with a living room featuring a flat-screen TV, an indoora fireplace, and both indoor and a SCREENED outdoor dining area that can accommodate the entire group. The wrap-around porch on this level is gated, making it ideal for families traveling with children or dogs. The fully stocked kitchen is set up for serious cooking with beautiful butcher block counter tops, gas range, a farmhouse sink as well as a dual auto drip and K-cup coffee maker, blender, crockpot, electric griddle, a full spice rack, and a generous selection of pots, pans, and kitchen essentials.

Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with King bed and private bath. The main level features TWO king bedrooms, and a shared full bathroom. The lower level includes a bunk room with 2 twin bunk sets complete with a TV area, games, and seating for all! There is also a full bathroom on this level along with an ENTIRE game room with full size pool table, arcade game, and darts. There is a another flat screen TV in this room and a wood-burning fireplace.

Fiber optic internet is available throughout the home, and Roku televisions are provided in multiple living and sleeping areas.

Outdoor amenities include a charcoal BBQ grill multiple decks with views, and ample space for outdoor relaxation. Walk out the back door and stroll right to Penny Lake from there is is an easy stroll to the clubhouse where you can enjoy the community fitness center, seasonal outdoor pool, playground, community game room, and so much more!

S'more than Enough! is dog friendly. Dogs are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet, charged separately after booking. A maximum of two dogs is allowed unless prior approval is given. Please be sure to note any pets at the time of booking.

Location

Easy Breezy Lodge is located in Deep Gap, NC within the Powder Horn Mountain community. The setting is peaceful and scenic, yet approximately 25 minutes from Appalachian State University and downtown Boone. Blowing Rock and Banner Elk are each about 35–40 minutes away. Area ski resorts are approximately 18–25 miles from the property. The Blue Ridge Parkway is about 9 miles away.

Community Information

Powder Horn Mountain is a private gated community. Guests have free access to the seasonal community pool, typically open from late May through early September. Additional amenities include a fitness center and game room—both in the clubhouse, a playground, paddle boats, a tennis and pickle ball court, a basketball goal, a disc golf course, and fishing in three community ponds or in Laurel Creek or Elk Creek. Fishing in either creek requires a valid North Carolina Fishing License. The community also offers miles of well-marked hiking trails, as well as a campground along Laurel Creek that is ideal for an evening fire, s’mores, or a game of horseshoes. The clubhouse and its amenities are within walking distance of the home.

Powder Horn Mountain itself can easily become your hideout for the duration of your stay, but guests are also close to skiing, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, wineries, breweries, festivals, and year-round High Country events.
